This company is suppose to be going into clients houses and providing home care. Well, to say the least I wouldn't want them to be coming into my house to watch my cat. They are so unprofessional, unreliable, and just plan rude. I don't know how a business like this could even have any clients but than again they really don't have many. I can see why. The person who is the program manager is very mean and cruel to the clients. She doesn't communicate with her staff at all and pretty much will hire anyone off the street. If you are looking for home care please look beyond this company to one that is actually reputable. Oh yeah and one more thing. She will discuss any client in front of other clients and she will leave clients files at other peoples houses for other clients and there families to read.

My experience with Individualized Care Services has been both good and bad, most of the staff are well trained and have their heart in it they have provided me with assurance my clients were taken care of. I have also experienced a part time position and unfortunelty the owner has had several favortism experiences and is plan rude. Conflict of interest comes into this business because the daughter is in the office working she is not trained and her nor the girlfriend of a grandson has any people skills . The 3 stooges in the office (Rosie, Tammy, and Natosha) Could care less about the clients. As long as they get a paycheck they put off being of service to other staff and clients.
