Urban Guitar

I ordered an Urban guitar before Christmas. It arrived just as we were leaving for Florida for a couple months. I got back, opened the package and i am missing three things: 10W Amp; 9 ft Amp cord and the guitar strap.
My certificate of authenticity number is guitar # 2,919 of 24,000.

LUGGAGE TORE WHEN USED

Used the Leopard print luggage set I purchased from Mangano & HSN on March 13, 2013; on the second trip the right top seam tore as did the plastic casing and stitching. Called HSN told to call Igenious Designs. Two phone call, no return calls. This luggage was guaranteed by The Good Housekeeping Seal per Mangano, but, did not hold us to usage. Plastic for the trim, etc.? How cheap can you make it and have it hold up? Managano products usualyy are good . . . hangers do break and my little steamer quit working!

Respond with your resolution by refund of ,mu purchase price, no replacement for the same junk!

Todd English Cookware

I bought a 10 inch frying pan and the center of it has something on the surface that will not clean off. It is impossible to cook anything in this pan in dead center. In addition I bought a 8 quart pot and it also has a black ring about 3/4 of the way up all around the pot that will not clean up. When I called before, I was on hold for over a half hour. I am calling again today and have now been on hold for 30 plus minutes. I know it is Christmas eve, but I keep getting a message saying that the next Customer Service rep will be with me shortly. It is now 3:15PM Eastern time and they may be closed for the holiday. If this is the case the least they could do is update their system to let you know they are closed. I have things to do and feel like I have just wasted over 30 minutes on a call that as a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!
