Sir,I am Tankeswr konch have got a letter from Mrs.Alila kumari (secretary )Foreign Remmitance Department dated 08/05/2016,vide Ref:RBI/EST/678/Ao8, Cdd:2024/6028/14/311,Swift Codes: CVALESVVXXX, via email sent by Dr. SYLVESTER Bernerd, wrote to me that I have to deposit amount Rs.24,700INRas charges of insurance approval duty certificate against wire transfer of my fund, kindly inform me is it true or not?
