I had bought an apartment from Intact Avenue in 2010 & since then my most pain

staking ordeal started. They had promised me that they will give me the possession of

the apartment by June 2011 & the same is mentioned in the agreement that was signed

between us. The penalty clause as mentioned by them in the agreement was 3% per month

of the total amount received by Intact Avenue in case of delay beyond July 2011. I have

been chasing them to give me the possession but they have not given me the same even to

date which is July 2014. I have already paid them 90% of the total amount of the apartment

but they are neither willing to give me the possession of the flat nor they are willing to

compensate me for the delay of 3 years. In fact they have being giving me promises but

never fulfil them
