unautorise charges

On the beginning 2014 or end of 2013 I agree to purchase iobit software for one year 2014 as advertise $ 23.98 after short time i deleted software as not up to expected standard and call iobit 1 855 287 1454. Iobit destroy my computer - computer lab testimony.
Presently am in court dispute with this company.
On April 9 2014 Avantage make unauthorized charges of $ 39.99
