I have received a transaction of £24.43 payable to you on my last Credit Card Statement, dated 3rd February 2015, named as Avangate/iolo which I have found think refers to software "System Mechanic".

I do not use the above programme and have not done so for a very long time. I have also not been made aware that a sum of money would be automatically be billed to my credit card without my permission.

I do not have any recollection of having an account with iolo or Avangate.

If you could rectify the situation I would be very grateful.
