extremely poor product

The tech support team is very friendly and knowledgeable but they must be working on ten computers at the same time. My experience is that they have not given the kind of attention that your computer deserves and they take on average 4 to 5 hours to complete the tasks that should take one hour and many times they leave the temporary software they use to clean your computer and now you have to either delete it yourself or deal with it until I have time to delete it . If you sign up for the service you have 14 days to cancel, if you do not cancel within 14 days they tell you that we will charge you a per service charge which adds up to more than the one year service you have paid for.
My advice, go to supportbuddy.com much better service
