IP VISA which used to be Global Visa then they changed to IXP VISA.

I have paid them £1800 for a visa to Canada, they found me a job i even spoke to employers in Canada. I have been waiting for over a year. I had e-mails from IP VISA then things heard nothing for a while.

Then all of a sudden i got an e-mail from someone to say that they are now IP VISA and working on my case.

Now only in the last couple of week i received a phone call from a person identified himself as Joseph from Launch Visa to say that IP VISA are in the process of restructuring themselves and they have passed my case to Launch Visa.

I was shocked to hear that IP VISA have disappeared. According to Joseph at Launch Visa do NOT have a website as they only deal with referrals and corporate clients.

By the sound of things Launch Visa appears to be no different, as Joseph sent me an e-mail after three phone calls to him and there was nothing different in that e-mail as to what he told me over the phone.

Launch visa add: 12th Floor, Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW. ??????

If you check this address on the net Launch Visa name do not come up anywhere, instead it says 20/20 Visa ???????

IP VISA have simply disappeared after making me wait for more than year and half with my £1800 hard earned money. If i was late in paying them this money, as i was paying monthly instalment of over £300, they would send me a nasty e-mail as to what they would do, taking me to court and charge me £hundreds in interest and cost. As i have a contract with them.

Now they have disappeared with my money what happens now, where is the contract ??????????????

They didn't even had a courtesy to let me know that they have gone under, instead i got a phone call from someone who i have no idea who he is or whether he is fibbing me around again, which i am sure he is.

£1800 down the drain which i could with now, as i am self employed and work is hard to come at the moment,
