How is she still allowed to breed? Got puppy from her in February and he had to be put down last night at only 4 months old! This is the most devastating thing and from the looks of it this has happened to many others. This lady is a crook. Says her puppies are "healthy" and they ARE NOT! We spent thousands of dollars in the short 2 months we had him for issues. He started having seizures and drs had little hope for him. He was put down after concluding he had brain abnormalities and seizures worsened (occurring every 10 minutes) despite being given seizure medications.
When I told her she told me I had to do autopsy and she would give us another puppy. She did not care to discuss refund. I called her and she answered and said what do you want? Then said she was busy at the nail salon and can't talk. No surprise-never called me back!
THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Yorkie from Irene Yeater on January 23, 2017. Cute little guy who stole my heart right from the start. I took him to my vet on the 26th for blood in his stool. Never thought this was the beginning of a long road for my little man. He was put on antibiotics and did better until a trip to the ER vet on February 11th. Again, blood in his stool and just not acting right. They tested for giardia and it was positive. More antibiotics. Then on February 28th he was acting really strange, walking aimlessly, head butting, and a seizure. Up until then he had been an extremely restless puppy. Pacing frequently and just seemed off. So back to ER vet because it was a Saturday of course. His ammonia levels were 228, off the charts. They stabilized him and my vet referred us to the Bluepearl in Tampa where he was diagnosed with a potential hepatic liver shunt. They wanted him more stable before surgery and did further testing. Liver bile acid test, sonograms, and more blood work. He had surgery where the shunt was positively confirmed.

I have been in contact with Irene the breeder who basically called all the vets saving this puppies life idiots, they don't know hat they are talking about. Stating the medicines he's on are for shunts, that he was just hypoglycemic.....and so forth. Well, any vet with a license to practice check blood sugar the second you bring a small dog in. Nope. Not. Except of course after the fasting for surgery where Irene stated the surgeons didn't have a clue and should have known better than fast a small puppy. Well, they were extremely aware and careful to monitor his sugars which were low after surgery but were doing what was necessary to keep him safe. Irene, you haven't a clue. He could have exasperated had he eaten before surgery. Guess those 6 years of vet school you have had didn't sink in.

Buyer beware if purchasing from her. The lemon law protects you up to the cost of the puppy in vet bills but I am nearly $7000 in.

I purchased a dog from Irene and after 2 Months died from a liver shunt. She asked me to provide her with necropsy report and blood sugar count along with vet records . All was provided and she refused to send me another puppy or give me a refund. After many months of being lied to , insulted by and called many ugly names , I decided to peruse other means to collect my money. I had invested 2100 initially and spent another 1400 in medical /cremation fees. This woman has been arrested for falsifying vet records and when she was considering replacing my puppy, demanded the papers of my dead puppy back. I a, sure her plan was to misrepresent another dog. I would stay away from this sick woman and her sick puppies.

I bought a dog from Irenas 8 years ago. While I love my dog very much he is definitely not the purebred Pomeranian she promised me and gave me PAPERS for. It's very annoying to constantly have to answer the question, "what kind of dog is that?" If I say, Pomeranian people don't believe me and tell me he is too big because he is.... He is 15 pounds and does not have the Pomeranian tail or legs. I believe he is a mix between an Eskimo and a Pomeranian and that is how she is getting the right color.
However, that is not the worst part about this breeder. After taking my dog home I realized he was covered in ticks. When I called the owner to tell her about them she told me that it was normal and I need to fix it myself, "all dogs in Florida are covered in ticks."
I couldn't even be close with my new puppy because I had to treat him for ticks and I was scared of getting ticks on me.
The reason I'm writing this now after so many years is because I just found out she is still in business. I can't believe this. She is a horrible puppy mill that needs to be shut down!!

I purchased my Pomeranian from this breeder about 4 years ago. I love him to death and he is my baby, but she is defiantly not an ethical breeder and I would triple check all health records on her adults before purchasing a puppy. My now 5 year old Pomeranian boy weighs 15 pounds!! I was told he was going to be around 7 pounds. He also has very long legs for a Pomeranian and his coat is not what a Pomeranian should look like. I believe I was sold a mixed breed when I was told he was a purebred dog.
The main issue I have though is my poor babies health is going downhill and he is only 5 years old. He has severe hip dysplasia, which my Veterinarian who has been in practice for over 30 years says it is the worst he has seen on a small dog. Also this is a genetic condition and he developed it when he was ONLY 3 YEARS OLD! Now he has to live with it for the rest of his life and take pills every single day. He also has a tracheal disorder, my vet also says is genetic, where he coughs often and sometime regurgitates his food. Please DO NOT purchase a puppy here as you are supporting this unethical breeder in her practices and ultimately it will leave you broke and heartbroken with all of the vet trips and tears shed for your poor baby.

I contacted Irena after viewing her Bohemian Pomeranian website. She sold me a cream colored puppy that resembled a Pom. I live out of state and had to pay over $300 to her to ship the dog. When I saw the puppy I thought it was a Pom but even if it was a great Dane, I had to accept it at the airport and she knew it. Irena told me in writing that her dogs were from 4 to 7 lbs. full grown and the pictures on her site made them seem bigger than they really are. She charged me a lot of money for this dog claiming it was a pure breed Pom. This dog began growing rapidly and is now 13lbs and has extremely long legs that resemble a golden retriever or collie not a Pom. This woman cross bread this dog and created something that the professionals can't even figure out. We love our dog but got scammed by this ruthless woman. When I asked her why my dog is growing to be huge, she screamed at me telling me I was the one who was poorly bread! It was awful. I reported her to the CKC which was the name of the certification she sent with the dog. IT WAS FAKE AND HAD THE NAMES OF THE BREEDER BLACKED OUT WITH A SHARPIE! I then contacted her and asked her for my money back because she did not sell me a pure breed dog that she promised. I received nothing. I begged her to tell me what kind of dog she sold me and she refused to do so. I live in a condo and don't have a yard for a bigger dog to run. It is a terrible thing that this woman lies to customers, takes money for dogs she doesn't really have and promises that they are pure breed. It is theft in reality because she charged me full price for a pure breed Pomeranian and sold me a cross breed dog full well knowing it. DONT BUY A DOG FROM THIS PERSON. SHE IS A FONY.

I am sorry to hear all the bad things about this person and what happened to your puppies. I bought a pomeranian last year and all he had was ear mites. Now he is about a year old and very healthy and active dog. I didn't see all these reviews before I had bought my puppy, but now even though mine is healthy, I dont think i would go to her again...

ok I have read all the information on how to use this complaint board and it says that you must write and e mail to the administrater of the sitte to get your complaints removed I have sent them an email telling them i want all the complaints that i have placed on this site removed . its a wait and see now.

OK i just listened to two voice mails on my phone fron Irena she has given me 48 hours to remove the complaints on this board told me she would call code enforcement on me and and on and on I called code enforcement my self they send my call to the orange county ploice department. they said they would send and officer out to listen to the voice mails and if she does try to do anything they will be on the case. I told them I did not think she would do any harm to me. but if it keeps up I'd get back to them. code enforcement is aware now of what is going on. I would remove theses messages if there were a way to do it but I did not find a way to This is all very stupit stuff . If any body can tell me how to remove them please let me know.

I asked if I can take him to the Vet BEFORE I buy him and bring him home to my daughter. Then she won't get attached and I won't have a battle if I did want to return him. He has a red patch under his eye that is missing hair and I am concened about that. I know it is not a tear stain. I did meet him and he is very pretty and sweet, but these things can take years to show up.

I am kinda wierd about a lot of people coming to my house too... BUT, that is because i live so far in the woods and i know of some breeders who send scouts out to see if they can be robbed... BUT these people do not have deposits on any of my babies... please leave comments on this and other complaint boards if you have a bad / negative experience... there are quite a few honest and reputable breeders out there... i and a few others i know do have bad experiences with this "breeder / broker"... she likes to go on to selling sites we were all allowed on and when she was banned for legitimately selling sick puppies / dogs she decided to have all of us kicked off as well... so she created fake personas and emails and said she received sick or dying puppies from us to have us kicked off as well... now she goes to public areas and posts ads using different email and ip addresses from public servers... she does not list her name or number because she is banned... she did all of this because she is so greedy and jealous of us who do not breed defective or sick dogs... we also abide by the legal laws for the state of fl. BUT on here it states she is printing out health certs and filing them out herself... PLEASE look at all of your paperwork you get from me, other breeders and even her if you still choose to do business with her... call the vet on the paperwork and ask questions... make sure there are no whiteout marks... and alterations other than buyers area is illegeal...

Is this really all true? I have a doposit on a puppy that I am supposed to pick up later this week. But, she won't allow me to come to her house, which concerns me. These posts are really concerning me becuase this will be my daughter's first dog and it would kill me if her first experience is a sick dog. I am seeing too many red flags.

Just an observation -

ALL of the "happy customer emails" about this breeder seem to have the same misspelled words, as if it's one person, posting under different, made-up names with similar naming conventions/patterns (eg., name and then a DOB), AND for each and every one of the posts, English is without a doubt their second language because they're butchering the English language entirely. In between these fake posts, there actually are legitimate customer postings with legitimate issues that do not appear like they have been rectified by this breeder. The legitimate postings read like a consumer who was not only taken advantage of for money, but received a very sick, very neglected puppy, which amounted to a puppy that either incurred several hundreds of dollars in vet bills and in some sad cases a puppy who unfortunately passed away.

The legitimate postings are the heartfelt, sincere postings that speak about their own personal experience with this breeder (it seems there are many names of the business the breeder uses or has used such as Bohemia Pets or Irena's Pomeranians or some people have mentioned Irena Graham or Irena Yeater as the breeder in Orlando, FL), like the person who posted that she had to shave her very young, very sick puppy due to ticks as well as a very serious skin infection due to ring worm and perform a lyme dip once a week - that complaint seems legitimate to me. Or, the person who received an ill puppy and then the replacement puppy died as well after incurring $1k in vet bills. Or the person who found 80 ticks on their puppy and had to take her to the emergency room for treatment due to lethargy. If any of these serious issues were addressed at the time by the breeder when approached by the consumer, then they wouldn't be addressing them now on a complaints website. It's also more concerning that the general consensus of the consumers is that the breeder's response to each of them was she wasn't really concerned about the situations and didn't present solutions to the issue at hand.

The rantings of the fake screen names is a smoke screen to divert your attention from the real issue. It's truly sociopathic and ultimately pathetic for one person to create and recreate screen names to appear to be different people to defend themselves. It does seem cowardly not to confront the situation with the consumer regarding their individual complaint, so maybe they wouldn't feel like they'd have no choice but to post a negative complaint online for others to read. If the situation was handled differently, all of this negativity may have been avoided.

I think the ones who lose in this entire debacle are the puppies and the fact that this breeder gets to continue the abuse and neglect without any recourse. Neglect is abuse. Allowing puppies to live with disease and illness is neglect. Let me ask you - if you had several dogs and puppies in your care, and you KNEW they had these adverse health conditions - would you be spending all of this time finding a complaints website and posting arguments with others, trying to defend yourself in a veiled persona screen name not admitting who you are in the posting, proclaiming that you're really a great breeder - OR would you use that precious time and be a really great breeder and care for your dogs and puppies to ensure their healthy, and spend the remaining time to work with people who contacted you about their dissatisfaction to make their situation right? Good business sense and any good business owner would agree it would be the latter.

After reading the fake "happy customer" postings, with fake screen names, it really is apparent that this breeder is only in it for the money, and not the love of the breed, and certainly not for the love of anyone except herself. I believe people like this will be a dog in their next life, counting on a human just like herself to care for her safety, her welfare and her life. Advocate groups for animals are very powerful. Please do your part to make a difference. If you know there are animals that are neglected, by this breeder or anyone else, please contact the local authorities or Animal Control or the SPCA for their help. Animals cannot speak for themselves, so it's up to us to speak for them.

Person who post complain on 3/12/12 under name " honest breeder" is a Tammy from Shabam's Pet from Paisley FL.
This breeder had over 140 pomeranians and yorkies.
She was shot down by court a couple months ago. She can have only 4 dogs even she lives on 7 acres in middle of nowhere.
They shot her down because her dogs was in very bad shape and this is a way how Tammy is hurting every breeder now.

Another posting on 3/15 under "lady who cares " is from breeder name Linda May from Hiawassee Orlando, yes she did bought a 7 dogs from Irena-

Experience breeder as Linda will see a ticks on puppy.
Last puppy she bought from ms. Irena is a mixed white malti-pom female.
Linda May is planning to breed that female as purebreded pomeranian.
Linda is pretty upset because Irena refused to breed her mixed dog with her ice white stud from Thailand.

I can go ahead now and find a bunch of pictures of sick dogs and post them here. This is getting a pretty ugly. This site is very bad, everybody can post anything under fake name. They don't care if listing is real, they just colecting a 1000's of $ to remuve any coplaints.
I am also breeder, I do have few dogs from Irena also.Never have any problems with them.
Irena have less then 20 dogs, she is licenced ( that is mandatory in her county), she was inspected by animal control, SPCA, AKC.
All her inspections are great. So people please stop this nonsence.

My pup had over 60 ticks I counted them as they were removed. pup has turned out well not up to the standards of a good pomeranian but it is loved. I have purchased a few poms from Ireana over the years her pups are nice pups but yes loaded with ticks I let her know about this and she said she would take care of it LOL ya right. The last pup was soldto me as a white but it is a cream almost orange now, paid alot of money for this pup because of color was told by her that, its an american white that they dont breed true whites in this country. We do know thats a lie there are many true white to be had. yes there are other people that try to pass off creams as whites. the pup also had skin problems which I also had to pay a good vet bill on did not get the papers on her was told she could get me some CKC papers if i waited a while .I do know that code enforcement has made her get rid of most of her dogs which she sent to friends she olny had one cat that I ever saw and she said she had forty dogs and where she lives she is aloud 20 animals and two litters a year because I live in the same county she is not liceneced Orange County no longer has kennel licences I know this because when I was a member of the kennel club here I attended the county meeting to set the dog laws. She does raise a nice type pomeranian and her other breeds meet the standards for there breeds as well I do know when it cames to keeping records on her breeding she fails to meet those needs. She breeds alot. Her dogs are just running lose with each other so she does not now which male is really bred to which female. and I did see that she has purchased very nice dogs from another breeder and pass them off as her breeding . I was not aware of her having so many sick dogs and I do belive that she fails to get true health certs on the puppys in this state you can now go online down load the health cert and print them up, it use to be the vets had a tablet in there office which the county gave them. But if she knows any body that works in a vets office she would know that, thats what they do know. I can say that leaning what more I have learned I will never purchase another pup from her . She has become a puppy mill over the years . She has not always been like she is today . She does need to be stopped and i will look into this the breeder of this state do not need or like her kind . will contact some old contacts in the local kennel clubs to see what can be done.

all of this is true by what i have been told by new parents and other breeders, BUT PLEASE do not lump all breeders are NOT in the same classifications as her... i am a reputable breeder... NONE of my puppies / dogs have ever failed inspections... if everything being said about her is true, i do totally agree with all of you, something does need to be done for the health and safety of the dogs and even the people who buy them since some of these problems are "zoonotic"... Diseases transmitted from animals to humans are called zoonotic diseases... she is so jealous of us reputable breeders she slanders us and has us kicked off of some puppy selling sites saying our puppies are sick when she is the one with the sick and dying puppies / dogs... she is in to it for the $$$, i did try to get along with her a few different times and she DID tell me how she would lie to the sites on people to have them kicked off like she was... then when she starts stalking you / me through email and you go after her she tells you "DID I EVER TELL YOU MY SON WAS A DETECTIVE WITH THE SHERIFF DEPT"??? she even told me about "her precious precious male chocolate merle who hung himself"... and she was /is still using his registration after his death... i know a lot more too, but if i try to tell AKC and other registries they just think i am a competative breeder trying to put out another breeder... DNA IS THE BEST WAY TO GO.. she has no heart and no love for any animal... they are just money... people post this stuff on facebook!!! word will get around.. she will be stopped.. just a mater of time.. i am so heart broken to read all these people who have been taken and had there hearts broken and wallets!!!..

@ punkin4891: I am glad you got a hold of animal cruelty. If they need more evidence of the changed shot records, vets bills to prove that I paid the day after I brought her home, I will be more than happy to send them that way. No one wishes harm to "Irena, " just that her business be shut down, for the buyers and puppies sake. It is very hard to purchase a puppy over the internet, and her website, and phone calls were convincing, but do not purchase from her. My puppy, Remi, Is doing much better now, after loosing most of her hair, and having a lyme dip once a week. Save yourself the heartache. I attached a photo of my puppy, before I decided to shave her hair off and give her the lyme dips.
