Leadership at store 2433 is the most unfair staff I've ever worked for at any retailer. I've never worked anywhere and seen so much employee rotation because of leadership staff. No one takes responsibility for any of the issues in the store. Upper management blames and bullies anyone they can get away with intimidating. There's so much disorganization, some leaders are free to do whatever they want, say whatever they want, whenever they want to us associates and staff and it's just laughed off as "oh well you know that's just them" where's as other leaders are immediately chastised. Leadership tells employees feel free to come talk to us but when you do all you get is excuses, or the concern gets mentioned but never resolved or taken care of. Associates are so frustrated and overwhelmed with the draining amount of physical labor and never enough employees because their attitudes can't keep employees around long enough to. Of which they act like they don't know it's the way they speak to people or the obvious attitudes in their faces when you go to approach them about concerns that causes staff to quit which then causes us employees to be overworked and overwhelmed no longer having the zeal to be there any longer. I like working for Penneys but Leadership needs to fix the long standing issues so we can grow as a store and associates can feel motivated again instead of just going through the motions
