Good Morning , I would like to address the service received at Jet in South Coast Mall on December 2018. I stood in a long queue for some time and when I got to the cashier to pay for my items everything was charged accordingly however upon payment for my items after swiping my card I was told I cannot get a receipt and they system states offline. This was at 15.25pm ,I received an sms for the purchase of R321.96 on my cell phone and showed it to the cashier but apparently that was not good enough when she referred to the Manager called Siya who gave me her undivided attention and was chatting to the cashier in Zulu in front of me. I was then requested to give the Std Bank Call Centre number to confirm my transactions and when the cashier & myself spoke to the consultant it was confirmed my card was swiped & this amount was deducted & they could release my goods however the Manager still advised she can't as she needs to double check with her head office about them receiving my payment. I will not be going in to the store to collect my items as per my discussion with the Manager & I want it delivered to my house. I was treated unfairly & no responsibility from the Manager on the situation. I have even double checked my bank statement yesterday & this morning and it reflects the purchase being successful. Awaiting a response and my items urgently or I will be escalating this service & behaviour received from the individuals at the store.
