They save your credit card information, then bill you once a month for $29.99

This website is a total scam!! BEWARE! If you make a purchase - any purchase - they save your credit card information, then BILL YOU once a month for $29.99!! This gets you a "credit" for one piece of crappy jewelry minus shipping which you have to pay for yourself. I was STUNNED when my bank account dropped by $30 bucks, at Christmastime, and guess what? I never got the ring I ordered but was still charged.

they are a membership club - you join for $29.95/month, get to choose some piece of cr@p jewelry that's not worth the shipping cost and it is very difficult to 'unjoin'
best solution: cancel the c/c and report as fraud

Save yourself and never join them

This is the absolute worst business ever. Stay away!

I ordered a piece of jewelry for a friend's birthday, and it came in a really nice box, so i was excited about that. Here birthday is coming up so I'll see then how the jewelry is. Then came the surprise.

I got charged on 8/11 for the piece of jewelry I bought.
Then, got charged on 9/6 and 9/7 their monthly 29.99 fee (I didn't even buy anything)

So, I called them and emailed them about it, asking to be taken off of their plan and that I was no longer interested, and they took those two charges off, but then charged me on 9/8 for 29.99!!!

So, I called them back today (9/12) to see why I had an additional credit card charge, and guess what, no record of that charge even so they asked me to send them my credit card number (the entire number) as well as my credit card statement, since that was the only way they could "determine if charges were made".. I'm sorry, but you must have a pretty fly by night company to not even have a RECORD of charging your customers and be unable to find out where the charges came from!!

Save yourself and NEVER JOIN THEM!!!

Save yourself and never join them

You have to read the terms of service of the site carefully (the link is at the bottom), there is a phone number to call to cancel your membership. "You may cancel your membership at any time by calling 888-258-3339".

I do feel they could make the terms much clearer in their "how it works" section or when you sign up. For me, I never received my first order. The USPS tracking stated it left the sorting facility on another island (I live on Maui and everything gets sorted in Honolulu before it's sent out to the other islands). I wrote to them that I never received and couldn't see the tracking since I had already cancelled my membership (due to I didn't really anything they had for sale the following month). They wrote to me, gave me the tracking number and the status and said "I hope they can find your package!". This was 3 weeks after it left the sorting facility. Seriously? Obviously the package is lost and you're going to wish me luck? I just wrote to them they need to refund me and follow up on their own damn package. If I don't hear back from them in a few days, I'm doing a chargeback on my card.
