TIP AMOUNT ADJUSTED

I was attempting to send this though the Jimmy John website under feedback but the required field *What's on my mind, drop down is not functional so I can't send my message. Very convenient for them.

Let me preface by saying my office is right next to a Jimmy John's and I order it about once a week for lunch. My order on June 16th had an unusual tip amount that I noticed when I went to repeat my order which is how I noticed it. Being a creature of habit I only use the percentage drop down to add my tip to each individual order. I noticed the amount of the past order and opened it to see why the amount was different. It showed a nice round dollar amount which was more than my usual tip. Not that it is a lot of money but the fact that JJ gets a lot of business from my office ~350 ppl. and I cant help but wonder if this has happened to other people I work with, and if so how many and how frequent is this occurring.

on line menu

I am seriously thinking of ordering Jimmy Johns, but when I go to the on-line menu there are no prices. I'm not going to order anything until I know the price. Why doesn't your menu show prices?

Very Poor Service

The staff at the 7942 Penn Ave. S. store are consistently rude and unwelcoming. The never even say hi when I come in to order, and tonight they made the women's order behind me first. I don't understand your business model, be rude and irritable to customers and you'll earn repeat business? I think not.

I remember when your first stores came to the Twin Cities, you we so friendly and truly freaky fast. Now your staff looks oppressed and miserable, and they treat their customers like crap. It's old news, especially at this location.

I would like someone to acknowledge my complaint, and an apology would be really nice.

Very Bad Customer Service

Had never eaten Jimmy Johns and ordered a sandwich "The Beach Club" Asked for no cucumber and received no lettuce no cucumber and there was so little maya and avacado sauce that the sandwich was like eating cardboard.
Called the Wooster Store and asked for manager and Sandra said she was.
I explained that I was not happy with the sandwich. Did not understand why my sandwich was on receipt as 6.75 rather than 5.75
and she informed me there was a delivery charge. Why did it not just say that on the receipt?
The person who took the order did not inform me of the charge and I even gave the driver 1.50 Tip..
The so called owner Sandra was very rude. Her reply was " We will make you another sandwich and I want the other one back!
I will make sure that I tell other people of my bad choice to try this eatery.. I think they give JJs a very bad name..
Oh well... Wooster Ohio
