During Covid 19, went to Jo-Ann fabric for supply’s for masks being in the medical field. There was no direction but one nasty attitude lady cutting fabric screaming at people to get 6 ft apart! She did this to me and I told her I was 6 ft apart, she rolled her eyes at me, and rudely told me to “get back, there’s a damn kid over here” and I’m the customer. I told her she doesn’t get to speak that way to me so she called for her supervisor whom did nothing! She completed another ladies order complaining and pointing at me while people watched! I waited over an hour for my material to be cut and when my # was called, it was this same lady. She looked and seen it was me and said “oh great”! I told her what I wanted cut and asked her since she coughed and touched her face with no mask or gloves on, why they weren’t wearing gloves since they were touching our stuff. She rudely said “Cause I don’t have too”! But she was screaming for us to be 6 ft apart. She tossed my receipt at me with a nasty attitude and at the point, I walked off without buying $200.00 of supplies because of her. I will never shop there again! I’ll go elsewhere! My little $200 don’t hurt you but she is down right ugly and rude and people won’t go back there! She’s older lady with different reds and brown hair, tattooed down both arms. This was at 1140 today at joanns fabric, North Rockwell, OKC, OK.
