I have been trying to UnSubscribe with NO Avail

Somehow they have an email address of mine. Have no clue how they obtained this. I have been trying to Unsubscribe to NO AVAIL. I want this STOPPED! Please help me!!! They need to Stop sending Unwanted emails. And it's ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the time.. this has got to STOP!!!!
