we called john moore plumbing in janurary 2015, because our wash machine line was backed up and would over flow when the washer machine was running. a white older male works for john moore ran a snake into the line twice the first time he run the snake he didn't get very far, the second time he tried very hard, maxed out his strength, the hose went a little futher the second time. he said he wasn't able to unclogged the drainage, and he wouldn't carge me for coming out. he left. I cut on my faucet in the kitchen I suddenly notice water on the floor. I called john moore back the next day and told them they broke the line of my pipes. john moore said I would have to get the last person who come out. I could not fine the reciet and I did not remember his name. they would not send any one else, because they said its nothing they can do unless I get a camera looked inside the pipes, but I told them the water was not leaking on the floor before he run the snake through the pipes. I called baxk atleast five differ times. no success. I need some help to fix my pipes john moore put me and my family through
