Moadeb took used toner cartridges, refilled them, repackaged them, and sold them as a “new brand.” The government caught up to Moadeb and had to payback millions of dollars to over 28,000 companies. His primary company is JM & M Holding, LLC. If you try to sue him, you’ll find he uses three different social security numbers.
