I live in El Cajon, CA, USA, 92020-6655. I receive a mail letter from Judge Office & Decision Center PO Box 2905 . Kansas City, KS 66110-2905, USA.A letter inside envelop titled (Official form of Tender No.: 13570), written that i won $1,327,940.00 as a lump sum check, or a larger sum-amount of $2,000,000.00 to be remitted by annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 years. Asking me to fill a form with letter to choose the lump sum check of $1,327,940.00 or a larger sum-amount of $2,000,000.00 to be remitted by annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 years and sign the form. Also asked me to pay $12.99 payable to the office of ANC as cash, check,or money order. I filled the for and put $16 (the exta $3.1 as they ask me to reply by mail fees) with it and mailed it to the above mentioned mail address in the same day i.e. 05/18/2016 afternoon. Is this from your respective office or it is a scam?
