charged for product not ordered

I was charged on December 28th for a Dri* Avast product I didn't order. I was in Fiji at that time visiting family when the transaction took place. There wasn't any products emailed to me either once the payment was taken from my ANZ Visa credit card. I have alerted the banks about this transaction that I wasn't aware of.
I need my payment refunded and an explanation of how or why this transaction took place.
