The service is very poor at the labor department. I unfortunately had a premature baby and had was in hospital with my baby for three months. I applied for my maternity claim on the 21 September 2015. I received an sms saying that my application will be communicated within 35 days. I am still waiting and have not received a cent from the department. I was on unpaid maternity leave. How am i supposed to take care of my family. My premature baby goes for follow ups at different hospitals . I do not have any money to take my baby to hospitals. This is a serious matter and i would like someone to Assist me, in fact everyone who has been waiting on their claims to get the immediate assistance. It is so unfair.PLEASE HELP!
