My husband hired Junrui Garcia to paint a portrait of me. My husband found Junrui online. My husband spoke to Junrui's husband, Roel Garcia. Roel Garcia says he manages and books sittings for Junrui Garcia. We went to a sitting at Memorial Park. Junrui also took numerous pictures to use as a backup. I put a deposit of $5000.00 down. This was paid cash and I do have a receipt. The portrait was never done. Roel Garcia has e mailed me a couple of times telling me they were almost done. I have been calling them and going up to the school where Junrui teaches. I have had no luck. So I look on the internet and see all these complaints and now it makes sense. I just noticed online that Junrui and Roel Garcia bought a house. Their address is 9122 Spellman Road, Houston, Texas 77031. I am going to have my lawyer sue them. At least now they cant get away. I now know where to have them served. Junrui your day is coming!

Junrui Garcia teaches at Sharpstown International School in Houston, Texas. Junrui Garcia offered to teach art lessons to several students on the weekends. Junrui Garcia collected a registration fee of $75.00 from approximately 10 families and we have never heard back from her. I have called her many times and sent her many messages on facebook and she does not respond. This is a shameful that a teacher from my kid's school would do this. Junrui Garcia has never given any explanation to anyone of why these lessons were never given. I have called the principal many times and no one has ever called me back. Junrui Garcia is a thief who should be arrested.
