I have a problem to verify Microsoft Account all the time, only verify matter. Because Microsoft system keep using wrong e-mail address to send me a verification number/code to @windowlive.com (missing "s", should be windowslive.com). Every time that I going to buy app via Microsoft Store. MS ask for verify and popup wrong e-mail address. I had tried to fix this via my account setting and it back to the wrong one all the time.

On Nov 6, (Bangkok time) while I tried to contact MS support via chat and found the JustAnswer show themselve like a Microsoft Windows support. Via chat they ask me to pay $1 for their service fee via PayPal which I do not mind. After paid the $1 then I send them a question and .jpg file to see my verify e-mail address pop-up by MS. The answer is not professional, ask me to correct in setting account. I said I had already done for several time in a decade. Then JustAnswer asked me for more $39 to contact MS support to solve my problem. Then, I realize that this is not the right one, so I say "No, thanks" in Chat, and turn the Chat off.

Today, Nov. 8 (Bangkok time), I got several e-mail from JustAnswer try to tell me that they answered me and bla bla bla. But an e-mail from PayPal make me get shock, PayPal said that I set up an automatic payment to JustAnswer for $74/month.
When I cancel this recurring payment, PayPal is warning me as file attached. Then I pay attention to see JustAnswer e-mail in timeline, there is an e-mail says Congratulations (the file is attached).

I just realize that JustAnswer chat with me, and e-mail by the same time which I do not know. JustAnswer e-mail on my back to show their right to charge me via e-mail. I have to thank you GOD, because I usually checking my e-mail once a week, but today I just check and found what happen, then cancel it on time. Actually, I've got nervous and going to be crazy because I can not find any tab/button as PayPal recommend to do cancellation. Paypal let me go to my profile, find My Money (there is no My Money, but it is Payment) and others which not in my PayPal. Thank you God to save me today.

JustAnswer is very dangerous.
