JustAnswer.com is a fraud

i'm complaint is regarding JustAnswer.com i ask them a question taht i need to get my nokia mobile 6700c-1 unlocked
they said i've to pay deposit of £1 refundalbe if i'm happy with the answer i they will charge me £10 for unlocking but since then no reply i'be been waiting 1 hour and 15 mintues can you please help i think this company is a fraud

nokia 6700c-1 unlocking

hi
i've ask a question on this site i want to get my nokia mobile unlocked can you help cos i'v tried mobile phone unlockers.com but they were unable to unlock and since then no reply i've been waiting for last one hour
they asked me to pay a deposit including the charge for unlocking in total £11 paid by card payment
