RECEIVED NO REFUND

If you are a professional shopper like you say... WHY did you not just return it to one of the store? I purchase things on line all the time and if it is the wrong item, ANY of there stores will take it back for you.

RECEIVED NO REFUND

NEVER purchase anything from K-MART online unless you want to take the loss. I made a purchase back on Feb10th and received instead of 2 bras an ugly deep purple dress. I returned it, but not with the return label they sent via e-mail it was hard to download. MY UPS guy, sent it back and the invoice was inside. So, that all that if they needed to identify me and my address, acc etc. But, they claim, they NEVER received it. They sent me a $10.00 gift card. I was owed a refund for more than double that. They are crooks and trying to stay a float, so take your chances with them and if you get a wrong item, you are either stuck with it or you will never see your refund! This place is the pitts and give excuses and just plain lies to you that you will get your refund! Stay away from them, I am a professional shopper and I know what goes on! It may NOT be a great ammt. of money, but it is the principle, also. Just think if it was $200.00 or more. We would find them!

seems a "professional shopper" would know to follow the protocol and send it back using the correct return label, regardless if it was hard to download or not.
