Karen and her staff was unprofessional at times they would yell, interrupting and not letting me finish talking, turning things around what I said, eating in front of me and not offering me anything and being unprofessional at times.

Most of all, Karen, misrepresented me. I asked Karen before I signed a deed when my ex-husband sold the marital residence if it would have an effect or bearing on any first time home buyer incentives or discounts and Karen said ‘NO!’ I also asked Karen if there were any alternatives and Karen said ‘NO!’ Well Karen was ‘WRONG!’ Karen advising me sign that Deed caused me to lose grant/discount money in the amount of $5,000.00. Karen gave me false hope, information and representation. Karen was/were my attorney to represent and guide me. I also found out that there were other alternatives; I could have signed a waiver or release waiving my rights to the marital property. Karen cost me $5,000.00 for this misrepresentation.
