Barang sampai sudah pecah

Pada tarikh 22/03/2017 I telah mengirimkan satu slow cooker kepada auntie saya di Ipoh melalui Pos laju tracking no-EH333201374MY. Manakala barang tersebut telah pecah sampai KE Rumah auntie saya. Kali kedua saya mengirimkan barang yang pecah iTu sekali lagi, barang tersebut pecah lagi. saya berasa amat marah dan amat kecewa!!!apakah service pos laju ini?!!barang tersebut saya beli dekat luar negara! Jauh kirim sampai ini langsung tiada masaalah!!dan berkali-kali diperiksakan Oleh saya sebelum dikirimkan!!bolehkah beritahu saya sesiapa dan bagaimanakah boleh mengantikan rugi saya!!really bad service!!
