Hello I am Kendall Johnson. On April 18,2012 I spoke with Robert Peeples "Bob" regarding a considering a My Website Product with 1and1....... Later I established service with 1and1...... While speaking with Bob I asked him would I be in a contract and if I wanted to cancel my service with 1and1 could I do so..... He replied that I can cancel at any time..... I am requesting that my service be canceled due unsatisfied service...... I have tried on several different occasions to log into the my website and I have not been able to do so due to the domain being down....... If you would please have someone to contact me regarding this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
