Small chicken parts and no cheese available

I order 15 pieces of chicken. But from 15 pieces, I got 8 extra small chicken wing parts. Already mentioned that I want thigh and rib parts only when submit the order! The chicken wing parts is so small.

And I got Wedges without Cheesy. How come the name is Cheesy Wedges when the only thing that I got is Wedges without Cheese?

I am really disappointed with KFC Giant Batu Caves!
