Slow of services and wrong key in transactions

One of the staff in kfc branch , who called name with fatin .she always talking at the frontline with her colleagues and let customer wait for long time without serve customer at the front counter . I had been wait for 30min when wait her response. I had request her don't talk at the back and serve here.. she just serve me at the front counter and show her bad face to me. There several customer, who line up at the back of me , also complaint her . Besides that, during I want paid for my order she wrong press transactions. After I paid the bill , I request for my resit , I saw I only order for 3 drinks , she click for drinks ... if I don't realised , is it I need to pay off for this unreasonable payment ?
