I am writing this letter to complain regarding my son salary for working in KFC cawangan Tesco Bukit Tinggi Klang, Selangor. My son –Muhammad Zahirul bin Mohd Abdul Hamid, 17 years old start worked on 28.12.2015 and just received his first salary by cheque RM653.88 on 13.02.2016 (cheque no.MBB008565) dated 25.01.2016 after 48 days!. When my son want explanation about the salary given, the manager said it because of NOT profit for this month.
For your kind information, the branch manager offered him RM800.00-900.00++ PER MONTH ! and never said depending on profitable or not! They make a huge profit but do not seem to find it fit to pay the employes on time and correctly.
My son received very late pay checked and the amount was unacceptable, i don’t know when his can get the second pay cheque. Its my son hard earned money.. please dont steal the people money who work really hard even in a very short break on duty time.
One more thing, my son was warn by supervisor for solat (prayer) timing, as a muslim and in Muslim country this should be not happen but only in KFC Bukit tinggi-Klang.
Kindly pay the correct amount of my son salary as soon as possible and reply me the reasons for the above matter or I will complaint to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (majikan tidak mematuhi peruntukkan undang- undang buruh, akta kerja 1955)
