My complaint is about something that any Area Manager / Owner would have sorted out in just a few days, but this problem has become an embarrassment.

My friends and I wanted to order 5 x New Crushers Ice Coffee at KFC Waterstone Village this evening.

To my dismay I was informed by the Cashier at the Drive-Through Window, that the Ice Cream Machine was still Out-of-Order, since 5 weeks now, when we were told the same story.

I respectfully request that the Franchisor / Area Manager / Owner contacts me personally on how this this matter was not attended to, and not followed up.

I would also appreciate some feedback from the Manager KFC Waterstone Village, on when the unit is replaced.

KFC South Africa, this not how we do things !
