I have a 2012 Kia Soul. Hood is all chipped and so is the drivers side of the car. Just the drivers side. Went to the dealer. The service manager took a bunch of pics with his IPhone and said he would send them to KIA. That was 10 days ago. I stop by the dealer today and the service manager was out. The woman who I spoke to looked up my case and said that Kia said it was from rocks and it wasn't covered under warranty. BS. The drivers side of the car is from the snow plows pushing snow against the car. It's a common thing if you live anywhere there is snow. The rest of the cars all parked on the street don't have any issues. None of them have paint falling off of them. The 97 Ford Escort POS that I had before the KIA was the biggest piece of crap on the road but the paint was fine! I buy a brand new KIA and the paint is falling off after 18 months. Ridicules. There must be some sort of class action suit going or something over this. I can't believe there are so many complaints and no one is suing yet
