Can't log in my own ocs acc

Celcom's side has getting sucks since the day I've been their customer. First they don't even have celcom apps so that I can access on to my own account to see my things especially the ebilling information details. Second, I can't access my ocs account via chrome. Thousand of times my access has been denied to log in my own account. Wth??. I need to see the informations about my bill. The third, I can't manually access the bill details throughout the calls. Neither careline operator nor *118#. I need to see the details about my bill. That's it. They treat their postpaid customer unfairly not like the prepaids. Fyi, I am the gold 80 celcom postpaid customer and I have been patient for all these months being their customer. Plus I have been registered for my ebilling supposedly the details should be passing by email in pdf form so that I can download it. I am really hoping that Celcom can really fix this problem and take it as a serious problem.
