This is a complaint against P Balaraman and Vikram Balaraman who sold the apartments in rmv 2nd stage in 2003 and later now he has moved entire nursery to the terrace area and stopped the solar systems in the apartment complex called Krishna gardenia.
He was the land owner and a complaint has been send to registrar of societies to look into the matter. Bengaluru –BBMP is also alerted as the builder Balaraman has forcefully disconnected solar supply from the building named Krishna Gardenia.
He has now built another apartment and also plans to make nursery and make money carrying out commercial activities.
