Poor Customer Service

Yvonne the cashier in Pensacola ,FL on Cervantes at the drive thru had a very rude tone from the start of our order on Sept 25,2018. My husband wanted to leave because of her rude tone but I didn't this place has always been our favorite night treat. I really wanted those sweet treats but in the end maybe would should have left. It was a late night order but I hope to never get service like this again.We gave our order only to be told the apple fritter was not an option coldly. We order something else and waited about 10 mins for a cup of hot chocolate and the original three that were served cold. The middle treat had a finger print in it. I was so upset and so was my husband. I had to write this note. I never knew why our cashier was so rude and why we got the poor service we got but I had her name on our receipt and I wanted this rude service to be known. I couldn't enjoy my favorite night treat and it was not the product it was the rude service at this store location.

Small donuts

Went to Curtner Ave. Krispy Kreme today Thursday 09/22/16 to get my favorite Raspberry filled.
When I walked in I noticed the donuts were very small. They used to be way bigger. These were about 2 inches by 2 inches. If that!
So I decided to get a Raspberry and a glazed chocolate. The cashier gave me 2 Raspberry's for the price of one and apologized that they were so small. When I ate it it was horrible so thick dough. Waste of money. Not sure if that is how they are made now days but if so I will not be back. Over priced anyways.

Cashier Grady

Absolutely the most rude customer service worker I have encountered. Was trying to explain to him we were eating some there and taking some with us....got real sparky with us..and as he finished ringing us up we heard him say real loudly WOW..... as if we were the problem. Won't be back to that location for sure!

Rude Supervisor

I recently took a visit to the brand new krispy kreme store in Newport News store. While the store was beautiful and doughnuts were quite tasty. I could not help but see and very rude supervisor.She was cursing and yelling at her employees in a foul manner. Very unprofessional to speak to your employees with such disrespect.

Im sure that is not the krispy Kreme way. This lady's name was Janice or something and she was not a very pleasant person. I hate to see how she treats her crew when no one is looking. Something should be done about this. Food service is already a though job it's unfortunate people should have to put up with unfair treatment. Kids stay in school get your education so that you don't have to work in such environments.Hope that young lady she was talking to keeps her head high. Then seeks other employment. As i would if in her position.

extremely rude cashier

Today at 10:51 a.m. May 10, 2015 yes Mother's Day my family decided to stop and get some krispy kreme doughnuts. The machine wasn't working properly, no biggie I'm a patient person. The cashier Angela was very rude instead of taking our order she left and went to the back, the machine was working now. So the manager notice us standing there so he took our order. Once it was time to check out the manager had to go get her. I asked her how she was doing, totally ignored me. She had no personality, no smile on her face, very rude. I wanted a frozen vanilla latte but she just told me my total. As my mom and i walked away my mother told her have a Happy Mother's Day and she completely ignored my mom but when a white couple came up she had this hugh smile on her face then. I don't care if she is racist if it wasn't for our money she wouldn't have a job. I just pray something is done about this.

spoilt kids birthday party

On 11/04/15 I went to buy 2 boxes of a dozen KRISPY KREME one box had CHOCOLATE DREAMCAKE and the other box had CHOCOLATE CUSTARD which sadly most of them didn't have CUSTARD inside and a few of the DREAMCAKE was a nightmare meaning no filling it made my daughters 8 year party had so much crying fuss and refusing to eat it after one bite because of no fillings, I couldn't take it back because the party was far from where I bought them and it was late in the night.... I couldn't believe it that such a great company that gives very tasty food can make such a bad error with your fillings. I'm very disappointed and my children was very embarrassed .

No Creme in my donuts

My husband and I buy the Krispy Kreme donuts weekly, we particularly like the Kreme donuts with Chocolate Icing..On 2/21/2015 .half of our donuts had no creme in them. This is unexceptable,. I am hopeful your company cares about customer satisfaction, I am leaving my contact information in hopes of a reply from your company

your D-7 chocolate Iced Creme

We bought a package of 6 of your Chocolate Iced Doughnuts with Kreme Filling. The doughnuts had a cavity for the creme filling
but not one of them had a even a hint of creme filling.It appears that your quality control could use more training.

No de-caf coffee. No toilet paper in restroom.

Four of us stopped at KrispyKreme, S. Florida Ave. for an afternoon cup of coffee and a doughtnut.
Three of us wanted De-caf coffee and I wanted regular. The shop did not have any De-caf, and the
clerk said, she could not make any, because there were no bean available??. She even went to
the storage room to look.
My wife's aunt (97) used the restroom. There was no toilet paper, although the holder is made to
hold two rolls.

Customer service

This morning I stop by the Krispy Kreme store on Elvis Presley. I got there at 7:21 a.m. there were two cars ahead of me.
I am a reasonable person and I understand that I had to wait. Remember I got there at 7:21 a.m. I did not get my order until
7:50 am. this was uncalled for. The guy in front of me was so upset that he sped off quickly. When I got to the window I said to myself "They are really Busy" only to find out that there were 5 young ladies standing around talking and playing. This is unacceptable. Please talk to your staff. Some of us can't afford to stand around talking and playing due to fact that we WORK.
