I have had not one (1) but approximately FIVE (5) bottles now of their brand of biotin supplements be short a capsule. It sounds petty, but when one pays for sixty (60), one expects to receive that amount in the container. Imagine how many capsules that adds up to overall if they do that every other one? If I didn’t fill a pill case with TWO (2) for a weekly dose along with other meds and supplements, I might never have noticed.
I’m guessing there are masses out there who haven’t or are simply too lazy to complain, which has let this go on far too long.
