Bulliying co worker

Attention Kroger ,
Good day. I have a complaint against your assistant service deli manager Rudy Farellas at ralphs 720 at Palos Verdes California. I have been wanting to re po et him long, long tome ago but I am thinking that it will be taken against my husband who works there and my husband will be fired and not that rude assistand deli manager becuase he is friends with some positioned persons there. The case is this, Mr. rudy Farellas is very rude nit only to co workers but also to customers, one time i saw him shouting at the customer because the customer does not speak english well. I over heard him while i was shopping there saying "why he has to deal with people such as those who does not speak english pointing to the japanese customer" i talked to my husba d after .i get home coz he works there and my husband says he always do that. Several co workers too complained agaisnts him but ended up transfered instead of him. He shouted to my husband a lot of times and his other co workers infront of the customers and making it. Looks like they were dumb people and telling why they don't get in the front what are they doing inside but in reality he is already in front doing nothing and people i side have a lot to do. Mr. Rudy Farellas even talks back to the deli manager and does not follow orders from the deli manager. He changes his schedule qithout telling the deli manager and dies not come on time and leaves ealry becore his time off of work.
Mr. Farellas often humiliated not only my husband but most of his co workwrs telling them there were idiots infront of customers.
God hearing this from my husband i really wantwd to go there but my husband stops me becuase no matter how he reports still he will be the bad guy.
Please sir/madam do something about it. I am not doing this to defend my husband i am doinf this for your comoany if tou love your employees please be fair. One thing too he was promited even if he is new in there and without proper training becuase of camaraderie not becuase of work ethics and performance. He should be ashamed of his position acceoting a salary he is not worth for while other who works there for morethan a decade geta bullied and discriminated. What Mr. Farellas do is not good because he is destroying lives whenever he dies something to my husband my husband is getting on me for no reason and it destroys our family. I know one employee aske for o e transfer too becuase she could not help it anymore she said id she stays there her health will be at risk becuase of Mr. Farellas. Even the new employees there are having a hard time wit ing with him. If tou send somebody there and ask about him no one would wanted to work with him but they are scared to loose their job becuase it will be their words against his and ofcourse GM will not make actions.
I wan to see result on this complaint of mine, if he does thus again i will send my rwport somewhere i get justice big time.
Thank you for your help.

Racist Manager,

Kroger #543. 945 W. Lamar Blvd. Arlington, Texas 76012
URGENT,
Complaint of Sexual harassment, Hostile work environment by Trainee Jeff McMillin.
On Sept 19, 2016, Jeff McMillin make obscene remarks about me as an African American (ASM) worker, such as 'lazy bitch". I was sitting on a stool during a demo for ASM, when Jeff continued to stare, winking eyes at me, He then walked close to my cart to make me feel uncomfortable. Jeff's behavior was unwanted and unwelcomed. I was told by ASM Melissa Smith(512) 540-2729, in retaliation, he was a manager that told Melissa I was never at my cart. Jeff McMillon created a hostile environment for me as a black woman, and he also was seem gossipng with another while female(ASM) event specialist. I was given his name by another manager that is aware of this situation. Jeff is not aware of his place as a trainee. THIS MUST STOP! Me and my husband is very upset about this situation.

Alcohol Sales

I was just at Kroger's with my friend and my little brother - 7:30PM 9/30/2016 self checkout. We all went to self check out and I was refused sale because my brother is 15 and he didn't have ID. My friend; however, had already been approved on his purchase of his alcohol. I know there is no law in line with this policy as I have attend TABC classes. I would cite a law, but it's hard to cite something that doesn't exist.

If this is a Kroger's policy or the employee was just being difficult is really irrelevant. On the chance that it is a policy, the employee still broke the policy prior to denying me sale. In any case, it's a ridiculous policy that is not always followed - I have purchased alcohol here before with my brother present (he doesn't drink) and was not turned down when I told them he is my brother and does not have an ID because he is a minor.

Alcohol Sales

So I just turned 21 and was grocery shopping and thought, "hey might as well grab some beer while I am here to celebrate!", I had my girlfriend with me who was 20 (she doesn't drink either, Kroger). So we approach the checkout and I can already see the checkout lady giving me a disgusted look as if I were doing something wrong? I sit my items up on the counter and then the alcohol last and she demands to see both our ID's. I told her that I was the one purchasing and this was for me because I had just turned 21 and wanted to exercise my new freedom. The lady tells me that it is against their policy and that a 20 year old can't be with me when I purchase it, so I ask if I can take her home and come back, they say that is fine, so I am thinking, "Okay, a little inconvenience, but not a big deal!". I take my girlfriend home and head back to Kroger. I walk in and the lady immediately calls someone to the checkout lane and says "I can't"(speaking about selling me the alcohol. So at this point I am a little aggitated because I just drove 10 minutes home and 10 minutes back to Kroger to purchase the alcohol, and now they are still telling me I cannot buy it because I was in the store with a 20 year old earlier that day. This was in all honesty completely disrespectful and absurd. I asked why a 40 year old parent was able to buy alcohol with their 18 year old son present, and they told me that it was "different" because it was a parent. The problem was that I wasted my time, gas, and money to go back there to purchase the product you said I would be able to. I will never shop here again, and I will make sure to spread the word to other Indiana University (40,000 students) students about how I was treated like a child and that they should probably not shop there for alcohol or any other products for that matter.

Alcohol sales

Staff uses the excuse that having an out of state license prevents them from legally selling alcohol to you. I have purchased alcohol there many times but all of a sudden it is a law they enforce and can no longer sell it to me because I do not have a Texas drivers license. Btw when I shop with my four kids (oldest is 14) there is no problem but when I went in today with just my youngest I look too youn and don't have proper ID. I know I look young but come on nobody ever would even suggest I was under 28 especially under 21. While I realize this might be store policy, the store manager claimed it to be "Texas Law" maybe they should educate themselves on Texas Law http://www.tabc.state.tx.us/enforcement/age_verification.asp. This seriously made me mad and made and I will take my business to the new Aldi down the road who honors a government issued DL.
