After get down from train on 17/10/2023 at 2 20 pm (sungai petani to bukit tengah) plan to exit immidiately as Grab car is waiting for me outside Bukit Tengah train station. After climb the stair(no visible exit mark And no staff to Security Guard) instead of left turn i did right turn to cargo(Gate is not closed). Best part is another ktm staff enter the same gate to kargo Side. After reach until the end i found that its not an exit but cargo side. When ask to that staff why never inform that earlier, he said i never ask him and thats why he is quiet. So frustrated with his answer. Please do something about it. Either put proper signboard or improve staff quality. Thanks
