Request for Refund

Dear Sirs,

I've made purchase via KTMB online for ETS serviceON 2days ago.

Due to your Internal Data Error, I was charged by the bank about SGD$18.04 twice as i thought that my booking is unsuccessfully but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report.

The payment details and Ref ID i did not receive from my email or even at the History on my user report.


Please refund for the amount of SGD36.08 to me as the payments had been deducted twice from my POSB Saving account.

Kindly notify me via email once refund is complete.

Request for refund and cancel transaction

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased 2 round trip e-tickets from Singapore to JB Central on Dec 11 and my bank statement on Dec 13 showed that the payment of MYR72.00 (SGD23.79) has been deducted for this purpose.

However, the esystem shows nothing on reservation panel and no printout is available.

I would like to request a full refund to my bank account:

Request for refund

I total have online buy 13 ticket , however deduct from my account total 17 ticket. Total amount deduct $78.10 from my account. Total should be $55.58 instead of $78.10. Kindly refund $22.30 to my account.

Request refund due to KTMB E-Ticket system error.

Dear All

We have made a KTMB E-ticket reservation Via KTMB E-ticket system on 28 August 2016 between 2.00pm to 2.50pm. We are booking for 25 September 2016 at 7pm from Jb Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The system allowed us to purchase the ticket on the above mentioned date and prompt us to make payment. Unfortunately, after we inserted our bank SecureCode the system show error in receiving the payment. Nevertheless, we thought our credit cards are giving problem as such we have tried 2 times with a POSB credit cards (5520 xxxx xxxx 4155) and 1 time with a Citi Bank credit card (4147 xxxx xxxx 1826).

As a result, receiving 3 times failed attempt we decided to call KTMB and have been advised by the call center that the KTMB E-ticket server is still undergoing maintenance.

Immediately, we have reached out to our bank and reported on this issued and they will be monitor for us on the above transaction. Today, our banks have informed us that KTMB have charge RM28 = SGD9.72 to my credit card and RM14 = SGD4.86 to my husband credit card. We have login to our KTMB account under the Transaction History there is no tickets for 25 September 2016.

We would appreciate KTMB to revert the charges to our respective bank or else we are going to lodge a merchant dispute with our respective bank on the above-matter.
