Case 1:How can ur ets from butterworth to kl sentral can delayed more than 2 hours without any notice for the passenger. The worst service in the world.
Case 2: I bought for premium class. Again delayed an hour ... It took 5hrs 30 mins to reach kl.. I would like to ask.. Is it pay more money for more travel time?

My first experience to KL with my mom by KTM was completely spoiled. I bought tickets 21/07/2016 11.00am for 2, but there was no seats for us on the train. The term should be 9401-ES9401, but changed to C9310 on the spot without acknowledging. My seats should be F/16C and F/16D, but the maximum was only F/15. The staffs said we were allowed for free sitting, but at last we were asked to changed places for three times just because they were taking more passengers at every stations. I felt very angry and disappointed, somehow the staffs showed the face like they didn't care. Once they asked my mom to sit with an old man. I need explaination!
