REQUEST FOR REFUND

Requesting For Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased ETS one-way ticket via KTMB E-Ticket SYSTEM on 14 JUN 2017.
The bank transactions to buy ETS ticket from Ipoh to Batu KL sentral on 22 jun 2017 are successful.

I was charged by the bank but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report.
Hence, I would like to request for refund.

Below are the details of the purchased ticket and transaction:
Ticket date: 22 jun 2017
Departure time: 3.22pm
From : Ipoh to kl sentral
Bank: Maybank2u
Amount : RM 25.00
Ref id :17061411245836

I am still a student. I already wait for 3 month. There still in refund status.

Please email me as soon as possible for any feedback regarding to this matter.
