unpaid maternity claims

I have heard it with this department I'm going to the media. 4 month's still no payment .been there 15 times and no clear answer. I'm going to lay a formal complaint at the head office. It's violating my rights as a women. This is unfair. We pay every month. Now I'm broke and mad.
