inefficient delivery procedure

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to complain about the delivery process for my order item with the tracking number of (ER266581540MY). The item I have order has not been sent to my location and your website said that attempted for delivering was done, but premises was closed and left a Delivery Arrangement Notice.I
The issue is that I didn't received any call from the delivery guy and even if I was mistaken the item should be taken to the closest Pos lagu office which is near my location in South City mall, however the item has been sent to far location which is "Pos Laju Balakong" so I spent money for transportation just to collect an item.

I hope these kind of problems will not happened
