I have Lebara mobile phone. I was told that they can't give me PAC Code because my number has expired. I have been talking to the customer services and they told me that there is nothing they can do to get my number back. They told me that after 84 days if I had not topped up, my line expires. They never sent out any information about this to me. Please is there any way I can retain my number or get PAC Code or go about this to get my number back? My phone is still on, I only receive calls and texts but can't call out. I was told that after a little while, my line will be completely out of service.
