fraud I need my money

Hi my name is Ileania in went to vacation with my husband and thus company lie to us they came we sweet talk about a membership for vacation
and you me so many good stuff that it was all lies and the tould us that they are not a timeshare that they are a vacation club I need help how can I get my money back from this people
