Was told I would receive a refund after talking to a supervisor and still nothing!

After I received my order too late I put in for a return label for a refund! First I was told that I couldn't receive one but after talking to a supervisor (Clara) she said I could receive a refund because of the situation and sent me a return label! I returned the dress asap! It's been over 3 weeks and haven't received it yet! I sent a ticket to them asking about my refund but they asking for tracking numbers and all! They're the ones that sent the return label they should have everything on file! I am yet to receive my refund and to think I was going to recommend this company to my daughter for her up coming wedding! NOT NOW!!!! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!
