ITS UNFAIR

with the experience in the online business i think LIGHTINTHEBOX should be able to give customers the possible custom charges before purchase.

Otherwise i think they are just ripping customers off by withholding this information or they are just being too lazy. You have no idea how frustrating it as a new customer to buy items and you are asked to pay like 50% additional cost to the actual price.

Lightinthebox is not honest with your customers on final cost!!!!!!!

I BELIEVE THEY ARE IN CONTRACT WITH DHL JUST TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF..
