Rescheduled flight

I refer to my bookingnumber: IYK3KY and our flight FD3230/DMK-KBV with departure 10.00pm has been rescheduled from FD3215/DMK-KBV with departure 08.20pm.

This changing of schedule is a big problem for us. I have booked these tickets on behalf of my daughter, son in law and their two children. From Krabi they need to take a ferry to Koh Lanta island and they will not reach the ferry since the new flight arrives too late.

We therefore want you to rebbok their tickets to an earlier flight from Bangkok to Krabi the same day.

Could you please rebook them to flight FD3212 at the time 06.15pm (18.15) . I hope you find their names in the booking number, but their names are: mrs. Trude Pleym, mr Hans Christian Riege, mr Jacob Pleym Riege and ms Emma Pleym Riege


(They cannot take any earlier flight because they arrive from Europe 15.15 in Bangkok)

Please let me know as son as you have booked them on the new flight
