I worked for Lincare for almost. X years I have not been there for a few years. but I can say that at that time they were understaffed as well as overwhelmed with so many orders and unorganized that it was crazy. After firing a manager who had been there for almost 20 years they brought in a Salesman from another state to run the company! obviously that didn't work out and he moved on so they hired the current sales girl to run the company.... keyword sales... since she has taken over she has lost a lot of Staff members, customers amd business. there is a high turnaround with staff. the complaints are higher than ever the orders are way behind. Their rule is that oxygen orders come first because that's where they make most of their money. God forbid you fill a CPAP order or nebulizer order for a child or need dme equipment! before you go and fill an oxygen order they are understaffed now they're still way behind on orders and it's because the current manager of the Anderson Indiana location does not know how to manage a customer service staff which are the ones who fill those orders, as well answer the phones. you will get yelled at, you will get talked down to and degraded because it's all about the money. You will also not be able to take a lunch if they're short-staffed and I believe if you're short-staffed the management should forward the phones and or sit there and answer them themselves so their employees can take a break to get away from that chaos!!!! so if you're looking to fill an order at Lincare you might as well sit back and wait because unless you're on oxygen you're going to give me excuses that there pending documentation from Dr or that you need a face-to-face with a doctor or that they need additional signatures or a certificate of medical necessity signed your best bet is to go to another company all around if they would get a rid of their current sales person who is trying to run a major company due to her lack of experience then Lincare in Pendleton Indiana May be a great place to work for... I would not suggest using them there other companies out there that you can get your service fast with a good attitude and knowledge of the product they downsize all the time due to not wanting to spend the money on their employees to help raise staff in order to keep up with the orders that come in on a daily basis I have been several places and I have not heard one good thing about Lincare people are stating in the professional field that they no longer wish to deal with the Lincare in Pendleton Indiana... that location needs a hole makeover new management is a definite to make that location work no if ands or buts go back to your sales position and let someone come in then knows what they're doing bring that company back up to where it used to be who respect their employees and don't get stressed out and yell at them or degrade them because you had a bad night or you're having a bad day.
