I was former employee of Lincare and I was there for a little over a year , and I must say the experience I had with the company was most stressful and awful thing . I could say that in all my years of customer service experience that was the worst time of my life . they way management talked to people, the way I was ignored when there was a situation with a patient was very unprofessional . I can think of a most recent time before I quit when I had a patient on the phone who was calling about an order that should have come through the fax for cpap that never did, this particular patient was in the military and was getting ready to deploy I had several conversation's with so management about this person who called several times a day . And nothing was being done I called the doctors office to see where the RX for this might be was not getting any where went to management for help he seemed not to care just ignored my emails and conversations I tried to have with him. and on one accession shut the door in my face over the matter. I got tried of thinking that he would respond to the amount of stress and work being placed one person to do in so little time , I got very upset and stressed out when came to management listening to my concerns of the company. It seemed as though there was a lot of unprofessional relationships going on with certain staff and management that should have not been. In any case I thought lincare was a company that took care of people and that's what I wanted to be apart of. Instead I was apart of a non caring company that only cared about numbers and money . It's very upsetting and disappointing to know such a company would treat people in such a manner . But unfortunately there is and I must I am glad to be away from it all.
